Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen, portal and document works in Arabic and English, right to left included, and each user picks their own language.
We run on Excel today. How do we move?
Send us your spreadsheets and document copies. We import the portfolio, check it with you, and you go live on a clean set of data.
Does Aqarik send WhatsApp messages for us?
Today a reminder opens in your WhatsApp with the message ready to send, straight from the record. Automatic sending through the WhatsApp Business Platform follows Meta's approval of our application.
Does it register Ejari?
No. Registration stays with your Ejari account. Aqarik records the Ejari number on each lease and prints it on the contract.
How is our data protected?
Each agency's data is isolated from every other agency, staff see only what their role allows, every significant action is logged, and sessions sign out automatically when idle.
What does it cost?
Pricing is being finalised with founding agencies, who lock in early terms. Request pricing and we'll send you the current terms.
Can we take our data out?
Yes. Every module exports to CSV and every document is a PDF. If you ever leave, you receive a full export within 30 days.
